Krystyna and Andrzej B\u0142aszczak started their own business back in 1982, then called &#8220;Technical Photography Workshop&#8221;. At first, the firm provided polygraphic services, specialising in pre-print processing. Since 1997, our exclusive trade is production and distribution of promotional sweets.<\/p>\n<p>Over the course of\u00a0its 35-year existence, our company changed its legal form and name several times (including &#8220;Promotional Sweets B\u0142aszczak &amp; B\u0142aszczak&#8221; and &#8220;B&amp;B Produkt&#8221;), but always remained under family control. As of today, we operate as a general partnership. As a result of an ongoing succession process, the company is currently co-ruled by both the founder couple and their elder son Jaros\u0142aw, with the younger son Kamil training to join him in the future. We are involved in the Polish family companies movement, with Andrzej B\u0142aszczak being a member of the Family Companies Initiative Society, and Jaros\u0142aw and Kamil helping to organise the annual Family Companies Successor Gathering. We also belong to a network of family companies using a characteristic tree emblem, managed by the Family Companies Fundation.<\/p>\n<p>We are also members of two leading European networks of advertising products providers: PSI and European Sourcing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT DO WE DO?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer comprehensive solutions for advertisement on sweets and other edible items &#8211; from the idea, through production, to transport and distribution. We&#8217;ve worked with over 7,000 clients from all countries of the European Union, as well as Norway and Switzerland.<\/p>\n<p>Our edge lies in our own sophisticated polygraphic, production and storage\u00a0facilities that allow us to efficiently and comprehesively fulfill orders without the risks involved in\u00a0delegating too many tasks to subcontractors. Among others, we possess:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>professional Customer Service Office<\/li>\n<li>graphic design studio<\/li>\n<li>digital printshop<\/li>\n<li>Polygraphic work team (for tasks such as die-cutting,embossing, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Laser-engraving stations (wood, plexi)<\/li>\n<li>production line for chocolate items<\/li>\n<li>designated team for manual sweets packing (e.g. lollipops, chwing gums, mineral water, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>designated team for machine-assisted sweets packing\u00a0(e.g. sweets in blisters, sugar in sticks, sweets in flow-pack packaging, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>workshop for manufacturing chocolate forms and blisters \/ resting trays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our company follows the highest food manufacturing safety standards, compatible with the HACCP system and GMP\/GHP procedures. We are under regular supervision from the National Sanitary Inspection (Sanepid). Our equipment, as well as both raw and semi-processed materials come from renowned food market suppliers from countries such as Germany, Belgium, Italy and Poland.<\/p>\n<p>Together with our partners &#8211; UPS Poland and Raben Logistics &#8211; we offer comprehensive transport\u00a0services, e.g. delivering the ordered items to any number of locations in Poland and within European Union, according to Client&#8217;s specification.
